Probably a real stupid question but for a seeburg 3w1, what voltage and amp power cord do you prescribe to connect to the terminals/transformer?

      I use a standard lamp cord: https://www.ebay.com/p/7008911664?iid=163681903193

I also put a 1 amp fuse in front of the transformer (although 1/2 amp would probably be better).

I use 3 core 1.5 mm2 round flex, with a 3amp fuse in the three pin plug and the earth wire connected to the wallbox chassis.

I fit an automotive 3amp blade fuse on the output of the transformer.

I thought the 24v “Com” was connected to the chassis?

Yes the chassis is connected to the 24V “common”.  Interesting to know the chassis can also be grounded.  I may need to retro-fit some of mine to be safe.

I also use the the chassis as a ground for 5v dc  for LED in the  illumination of the pages.
